Frequently Asked Questions

How does it work?

1. Place order with cover concept vision.

2. CAM Designers are notified and create based on your cover concept.

3. Choose your favorite. Covers are delivered within 4 business days to your CAM account. You will receive email every time a new cover is delivered.

4. Email us with the cover name you have selected and order #.

5. Selected Designer(s) are paid.

What is this product called? What will I receive?

Request A Cover (RAC). You will receive a 3000x3000px JPG album cover ready for streaming. Exclusive license agreement and PSD available upon request. 

What is the delivery time?

You will receive covers delivered to your CAM account within 4 business days.  

You will receive an email notification every time a new cover has been uploaded to your account.

How many covers will I receive?

It varies based on how busy designers are, how interesting the cover concept is. You can expect as little as 5-6 and as many as 10-12 or more.

Can I purchase more than one of the covers I receive?

Yes, you can purchase as many as you would like for remixes, marketing, promotion, etc.

Just email us with your order number and the cover names you would like to purchase.
  
You will only have an exclusive license for the purchased cover(s) and must delete all others.

Can I request a change?

Yes, minor changes are allowed to the cover you have selected. If the change is major their maybe an extra fee. 

How is this different from a Custom Cover?

Custom Cover. For those who have a "clear specific vision" of what they want. They are more expensive, allow for revisions and major changes, take longer and deliver one (1) cover exactly to your specifications.

Request A Cover. For those who have a "vision" of what they want and are "open" to exploring different styles, interpretations, and concepts. They are less expensive, you can buy several versions of the cover.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, if you are not happy with the covers, you can request and receive a 100% refund, just email us (include your order #). 

You must delete all covers and agree to not use them in any way.
