With a 'Custom Cover', you work with one designer limited to their style and timeline. 'Request A Cover' offers multiple interpretations from different designers. If one doesn't connect, you have options—just pick your favorite.
How is this different from a Custom?
Custom Cover. For those with a specific cover vision and who prefer to work with one designer, revisions are allowed to perfect the design. These covers cost more and are delivered within 5 business days.
Request A Cover. For those with a "vision" but "open" to exploring different interpretations, you'll receive multiple covers by various designers and choose your favorite. This affordable service delivers covers within hours to 3 days.
What if I don't like the covers?
If none of the covers connect with your vision, you can request and receive a 100% refund, just email us (include your order #).
You must delete all covers and agree not to use them in any way.
How does it work?
1. Place order with your cover vision.
2. Designers create based on your vision. You will receive multiple covers from various designers.
3. Choose your favorite. Covers will be delivered within hours and for up to 3 business days to your CAM account. You will receive an email when a new cover is delivered.
4. Email us the chosen cover file name, order #.
5. The Selected Designer is paid.
How many covers will I receive?
It varies based on how busy designers are and how interesting the cover concept is. We've seen 20+ covers for a dope concept that our Designers were stoked to create.
All covers are regular album covers, ready for streaming, 3000x3000px JPG file. An exclusive license agreement and PSD file are available upon request.
What is the delivery time?
You can start to receive covers as soon as hours from your order up to three (3) days.
You will receive an email notification every time a new cover has been uploaded to your account.
Can I purchase multiple covers?
Yes, you can purchase as many as you would like for remixes, marketing, promotion, etc.
You will only have an exclusive license for the cover(s) you purchase and must delete all others..
Can I request a change?
Yes, minor changes are allowed to the cover you have selected. If the change is major their maybe an extra fee.
